Description

Data on heparin-coated nanoparticle and vascular cell interactions. IF.rar contains the immunofluorescence images of the control (C) and experimental (E) human aortic smooth muscle cells imaged. Experimental groups are treated with 50ug/ml of heparin nanoparticles. LD Images.rar contain the raw images of the aortic smooth muscle cells (hAoSMC), vascular endothelial cells (HUVEC), and fibroblasts (hDF) with live-dead staining at different nanoparticle concentration of 0 (control), 25, 50, 100, and 200ug/ml. Live cells are green; dead cells are red. TEM Images.rar contains the raw images of nanoparticles, control fibroblasts, and experimental group fibroblasts treated with nanoparticles. The file also contains the processed analysis of the particle size and the EDX data of the cell images. The excel files contained the raw and processed Live Dead and MTS data (LD and MTS Data.xlsx) and the PCR data (PCR.xlsx)
