One folder contains the code with which all simulations can be reproduced. The second folder contains all the simulation results necessary for the reproduction of the figures in the research article of the same title.

Steps to reproduce
For the code: The makefile can be used to compile the executable code. Different inputs produce the different simulations used in the research article. If no inputs are given the documentation is printed to the console. For Figures: PLOT files contain the necessary instructions to generate the figures using gnuplot.
