Description

The concept of climate-smart agriculture (CSA) was developed in response to the requirement for an integrated approach to managing landscapes in order to assist in adapting agricultural practices, livestock, and crops to the effects of climate change and, where possible, counteracting it by reducing greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture, while also taking into account the expanding global population to ensure food security.this study examines the role of farmer field schools (FFS) in training farmers in climate smart agricultural techniques. By comparing the adoption rates of farmers field school participants and non-participants, this study determines the factors that influence the adoption of climate-smart agricultural techniques.
