The attached dataset consists of measurements of individual (per-synapse) fluorescence intensity integrals of 11 proteins in ~1 million synapses, across 250 wells and 19 treatment groups. The dataset was obtained by combining automatic CellProfiler quantification of images from four experiments (each protein in each experiment normalized by mean intensity of that protein in untreated wells), with rigid manually set threshold levels. Associated data, including raw and processed images and CellProfiler output with other parameters is available upon request.
