Description

Raman spectra of diabetic and control samples of homogenated kidney tissues. These data were used in publication "Determination of chemical changes in lipids caused by diabetes. Correlation between Raman spectra and lipids metabolic profiling of kidney". The file contains the preprocessed spectra used for the figures Fig 1a, 1b, 1c and 2a, 2b. Machine learning was performed on the data showed in the Fig 3.
