The data used in the article named "ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY AT THE NEXUS OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION PREFERENCES AND ECONOMIC GROWTH" and the test results made with the E-view 12 package program are included. The following hypotheses were proposed: H1: Member countries of G-20 have a substantial effect on increasing global Carbon dioxide Emissions H2: Increased use of renewable energy sources causes an increase in Carbon dioxide Emissions H3: Increased use of renewable energy sources supports a decrease in Carbon dioxide Emissions H4: Increased GDP causes an increase in Carbon dioxide Emissions Variable; Carbon dioxide Emissions (CE) Annual growth in kilotons (Kt), data was obtained from Our World in Data Non-Renewable Energy (NRE) Annual growth in fossil fuels (TWh), data was obtained from Our World in Data Renewable Energy (RE), Annual growth in renewable energy use, data was obtained from Our World in Data Economic Growth (EG) Annual growth in GDP, data was obtained from World Bank
