Published:1 April 2026|Version 1|DOI:10.17632/ykkkd3tt7d.1
Contributor:Yihao Zeng

Description

Each treatment (CK, CWR, SM) in the data was composed of soil samples from 3 sites (FY, Fengyang Village. DJ, Duanjiang Village. CJY, Caijiayang Village), and the average value and standard error were calculated with n = 12. "Table_1" presents the data related to soil environmental indicators in the article, including basic physical and chemical indicators of the soil, as well as MAOC and its chemical components. "Table_2" presents the microbial data in the article, including the number of genes detected in the soil and the α diversity index (this data has been compiled by the author based on the test results from Guangdong Magigene Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou, China)). The relative proportions of fungal genera and species were calculated based on the number of genes of each specific genus among the total genes detected (since the fungal data at the phylum level was only analyzed at the relative level, only their total sum was provided, that is, the total sum of 12 samples).
