Description

This dataset contains the raw bibliographic records, screening protocol logs, and analytical mapping files used for the systematic scoping review and bibliometric analysis on human agency, algorithmic management, and psychosocial risks in the workplace. The data encompasses 647 peer-reviewed documents retrieved from Scopus (1990–2026), structured to allow replication of PRISMA-ScR flows, co-occurrence networks, and thematic cluster synthesis.

Steps to reproduce

Los datos se obtuvieron de la base de datos Scopus utilizando la siguiente sintaxis de búsqueda: TITLE-ABS-KEY(("human agency" OR "autonomy") AND ("artificial intelligence" OR "AI" OR "algorithmic management") AND ("psychosocial risk" OR "mental health" OR "stress" OR "well-being")). Los filtros aplicados incluyeron las áreas temáticas de Psicología, Salud Pública/Ocupacional y Negocios/Gestión. La eliminación de duplicados, la evaluación de los criterios de elegibilidad y el mapeo bibliométrico (VOSviewer / Bibliometrix) se llevaron a cabo siguiendo las directrices PRISMA-ScR.
