Description

Our data identifies a role for orco in Aedes aegypti mosquito reproduction. This non-olfactory role for orco results in reduction in fertility after the second gonotrophic cycle. We present the source data for all main and supplemental figures as an excel spreadsheet; each sheet within the file contains the data for each figure panel. The read counts for the RNA-seq data is presented as a separate excel spreadsheet.
