Description

A primary data of informal sector occupational groups in four regions of Ghana. The data was collected from December 2018 to February 2019 to examine social capital in the occupation groups and its effect on enrolment in the national health insurance scheme in Ghana.

Steps to reproduce

The data was collected using a questionnaire through face-to-face interviews in four administrative regions of Ghana. Written and signed informed consent were obtained from the leaders and members of the informal sector occupational groups. During the data management stage of the analysis, personal identifiers of the study participants were removed to ensure anonymity and privacy. STATA version 14 was used to analyse the data.
