Steps to reproduce

Because of the large volume of data, only two sample trials are included in this repository. Mouse behavior was recorded under two alley-length conditions, 50 cm and 100 cm, using both top and front camera views. The two Excel files associated with the videos contain the DeepLabCut output used to identify the mouse’s position during each trial. These position data, together with additional measures extracted from the videos, were used to construct the main data table. The file DataTable.csv contains the complete data table for all trials. The .ipynb files read this table, perform the analyses, and generate the results reported in the paper.
