Our investigation indicates that the complex interaction between hemoglobin and fatigue in the elderly may be influenced by genetic factors such as the genotype of SNP rs7069102 and protein expression levels such as SIRT1. These results emphasize the significance of a multifaceted strategy that takes into account both genetic and biological aspects when managing fatigue in elderly people with chronic diseases. Knowing these complex relationships will be essential to designing focused interventions as the field progresses toward modified therapeutics.
