Description

n order to elucidate dynamic changes in microbial communities during methanogenic coal bioconversion, a deep assessment of the microbial communities in the collected culture solution every week in the bioreactor was performed by high-throughput sequencing. In total, 1,197,930 (676,697 +521,433) qualitative sequences were obtained. The average sequence lengths of archaea and bacteria were 371bp and 359bp, respectively. Q30 for bacteria and archae arranged from 0.96 to 0.99, suggesting high sequencing accuracy.
