The data we uploaded here is in support of our research article (Meka et al 2022) that is titled 'Centrosome-dependent Microtubule modifications set the conditions for axon formation'. We provided Time-lapse live-imaging videos related to microtubule plus-end proteins EB3 (Figure 2.zip and FigureS7.zip) and TACC3 (Figure 6.zip) comets and detailed analysis of the EB3 comets (Figure 2.zip and FigureS7.zip) . We also provided long-term Time-lapse live-imaging videos of Stage 1 and Stage 2 neurons treated with either DMSO, Cytochalasin D or Taxol ( in Figure 3.zip). For the EB3 time-lapses, we showed both unprocessed and background subtracted versions of all the representative cells in the respective folders (Figure 2.zip and FigureS7.zip)
