The dataset contains processed and aggregated outputs derived from multi-platform user-generated content related to the Chongli ski resort cluster. Raw user-generated content is not included due to platform-related restrictions and privacy considerations. To reproduce the analytical logic, users may review the customer requirement mapping, sentiment proportions, Kano classifications, dynamic weighting results, strategic clustering matrix, and QFD mapping sheets. The workflow consists of: identifying visitor requirements from cleaned UGC, classifying requirements using sentiment-assisted Kano logic, calculating dynamic priority weights, and translating prioritized requirements into technical characteristics through QFD.
