The study involves effect of core stability and supervised hip strengthening to reduce pain, improve function and accelerate the quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Outcome measures used KOOS (Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis), TUG (Timed Up and Go) and CST (Chair Stand Test) taken at baseline and after four weeks.
