Description of this data

This data set includes three dimensional fluorescent image stacks processed by deconvolution, image stack projections, and measurement values, which were obtained from sibling embryos of the spider Parasteatoda tepidariorum and used for quantitative analysis of stripe-forming processes. The html file "Hemmi_TableS1.html" lists sample details, measurements and links to projection images and intensity profile images. Intensity values for the profiles are separately provided as csv files. The html file consists of three pages, on which the same sample records are differently sorted, as indicated.
