Description

This dataset provides the input data used in the article “Optimal Sizing of Community PV-BESS Systems with First- and Second-Life Batteries in Peer-to-Peer Energy Communities.” It contains all the parameters and profiles required to reproduce the Mixed-Integer Second-Order Cone Programming (MISOCP) model for the optimal sizing and operation of photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems (PV-BESS) in a low-voltage distribution network. The dataset includes: Buses sheet: active/reactive loads, voltage limits, PV and BESS installation status, and grid connection parameters. Lines sheet: electrical parameters of distribution lines (resistance, reactance, and thermal limits). Profiles sheet: hourly demand and PV generation profiles for representative residential users. Degradation sheet: annual degradation factors for different battery chemistries (first-life and second-life). Adj_Matrix sheet: adjacency matrix defining the electrical topology of the test feeder (206 nodes). The data correspond to the reduced equivalent of the IEEE European Low-Voltage Test Feeder adapted for a community energy scenario, and are formatted for direct use in optimization frameworks such as Pyomo
