Supplementary data for Arjonen et al. High-throughput drug screening resuls of a library of 147 anti-cancer agents in patient derived tumor cells using an image-based assay strategy.

Steps to reproduce

Dose responses calculated from microscopic imaging data as numbers of all cells, cytokeratin-19 (KRT19+) and vimentin (VIM+) expressing cells separately. Data normalized using growth rate normalization and drug efficacy calculated as micromolar IC50 and GR50 for cytotoxicity. Drugs tested with 4 doses with 2-fold dilutions.
