The biomechanics of the lower limb majorly depends on the Q angle. The aim of the study is to find about the association between Q angle and gait speed in healthy college going students. 200 participants are recruited in the study. The study is conducted by measuring the Q angle by universal 360° goniometer and the gait speed is calculated using the usual 4 meter gait speed test. On analysis it is recorded that there is a significant correlation between Q angle and gait speed.
