Survey data collected between February and April 2023 to examine the relationships between e-banking service quality, e-customer satisfaction, e-word of mouth and e-customer retention in Zimbabwe. The data was assessed using SEM in IBM SPSS AMOS V21.
Steps to reproduce
Data can be reproduced by running the hypothesised model using any model testing application eg AMOS, STATA, SMART PLS, MPLUS etc
