Description

Digital Rock Physics - Pemeability and Formation Factor dataset Created by Zeyu Xiong, zx2312@columbia.edu on Jul 10, 2024 This dataset consists of the rock images and corresponding permeability and formation factor tensors, which are saved in the following folders and files. 'digital_rock_images': RVE_i/image and RVE_i/image_bw, saved the voxelized rock images, with white voxels representing rocks and black voxels representing pores. 'permeability_PSD.csv': Permeability tensors are saved in this file component-wisely. Some of the permeability tensors are not positive semi-definite and are labeled zeros. The symmetric part of the permeability tensors may be taken. 'form_factor_data.csv': Formation factor tensors, the inverse of conductivity tensors, are saved component-wisely in this file. The learning task is to predict the (symmetric part of) permeability tensor and formation factor tensor given the voxelized rock image. If you use our data, please cite the following paper: C.
