Description

This dataset provides a trained U-Net (called AIstain), an DEMO analysis assay and the training dataset used in our corresponding Manuscript: "Enhancing microglial phagocytosis analysis through deep learning: A U-Net based approach" (Zähringer et al.) submitted to Cell Reports Methods. The neural network can be used on Olympus ScanR systems with the analysis software v3.4 and higher to perform label-free live cell imaging experiments. Further information and how to use the U-Net can be found in the publication.
