The data within supports the manuscript "Development of a novel circulating autoantibody biomarker panel for the identification of patients with ‘actionable’ pulmonary nodules", which was published in Cancers MDPI by Auger et al., 2023. The microarrays data which was part of biomarker discovery is included in this folder as well as Luminex assay outputs which were utilized for marker performance assessment in "actionable" versus "non-actionable" populations.

Steps to reproduce

Details on the determination of the above data is explained within the publication "Development of a novel circulating autoantibody biomarker panel for the identification of patients with ‘actionable’ pulmonary nodules" published in Cancers MDPI by (Auger et al, 2023). Within this database are the raw .gpr files obtained from the microarray experiments and the raw Luminex .csv obtained from each of the markers measured.
