Description

Date of the measuring works: April 22 – 24, 2023 Format: dBASE Table, structure: ID, X, Y, Z The coordinates of the vertices of the polygon: 17,806° E 54,831° N, 17,803° E 54,836° N, 17,853° E 54,845° N, 17,856° E 54,840° N Coordinate system: The Polish height coordinate system Kronsztad 86 (PL-KRON86-NH) and the horizontal coordinate system WGS 84 UTM 33 (PL-UTM-33). Conditions during the measurements on April, 2023: Wave direction: N-W Wave height [m]: 0.2 Wind direction: N-W, S-W Wind velocity [m/s]: 2 - 7 Grid resolution: 0,25m x 0,25m The measurements were carried out with a multibeam Norbit Winghead i77 at a frequency of 400 kHz. During the measurements, 21 profile passes were made, each 3500 m long and spaced every 20 m. The Echo sounder was mounted centrally on the bow of the boat. Before measurements, the echo sounder was calibrated on the Margaret wreck. Prior to calibration and measurements, the sound velocity was measured in a water column at intervals of 0.2 m (by use of SWIFT SVP VALEPORT). RTK corrections were downloaded from Leica SmartNet, which resulted in a position accuracy of up to 2 - 5 cm. A positioning compensator Applanix OceanMaster was also used to support positioning.
