Type I-E CRISPR-Cas plasmid loss data

Description

Two zip files containing fastq files for plasmid loss data. The file "10 h cycles.zip" contains the fastq files for each of 5 growth cycles for each MS1-MS4 WT or Cas1 strain. The file "short time points.zip" contains the fastq files for each 2 hour time point within the first 10 hour growth cycle for each MS1-MS4 WT or Cas1 strain. Two replicates per strain used for data analysis are included in each zip file. Cycle 0 or control files that were used for normalization to the original library content are also included. Only R1 reads were used for the data analysis, and are included in the zip files.
