The code Inelastic_calculation.cpp calculates the inelastic mean free path, differential inelastic mean free path and cumulative inelastic probabilities for an electron travelling in a target material. These data represent input data for the calculation of Reflection Electron Energy Loss spectra with Monte Carlo simulation or numerical solution of the Ambartsumian-Chandrasekar equation. The calculation is developed starting from the Ritchie dielectric theory. The code requires information about the target material and the parameters to fit the Energy Loss function.
