Description

The research specifically focuses on civil servants in three regencies: Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya, and Aceh Jaya. A multistage random sampling method was employed to select the sample, with the involvement of 124 student enumerators who were distributed across the three regencies. The sample size was determined with a confidence level of 99%, a margin of error of 5%, and a population proportion of 60%, resulting in a total sample size of 611 individuals. However, the study was able to collect complete data from 553 respondents, with the remaining responses incomplete. The research uses a cross-sectional survey approach to examine both direct and indirect relationships between variables such as negligent behavior, cyberloafing, job engagement, accountability, task completion quality, performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
