Description
The Table reports a list of 52 microsatellite (Simple Sequence Repeats, SSR) primer pairs derived from literature tested on a pomegranate collection of 63 genotypes including 55 landraces and 8 cultivars from the pomegranate repository of the Fruit Tree Unit of the Department of Soil, Plant and Food Science (DiSSPA) of University of Bari (Italy). The table reports the name, sequences of forward and reverse primers, repeat motif, reliability, and bibliographic reference for each SSR marker.
