Western Blot analysis of WT and LSD1-GT mES cells.

Description

Western Blots were conducted whole cell lysates on WT mES and LSD1-GT mES cells with antibodies against various histone modifications and LSD1 (KDM1A). Cells were lysed with 2X Laemmli Buffer and were loaded at various concentrations on 12% acrylamide gels and probed with the following antibodies. anti-H3K4me1 (ab8895, Abcam) anti-H3K4me2 (ab7766, Abcam) anti-H3K4me3 (ab8580, Abcam) anti-H3K27ac (39135, Active Motif), and anti-LSD1 (ab17721, Abcam) For all images, Lane 1: WT mES 3ul Lane 2: WT mES 6ul Lane 3: WT mES 12ul Lane 4: LSD1-GT mES 3ul Lane 5: LSD1-GT mES 6ul Lane 6: LSD1-GT mES 12ul Protein ladder was loaded on the lane left to Lane 1
