Draft genome sequence data of Psychrobacter nivimaris LAMA 639 and its biotechnological potential

This dataset shows the raw data from Psychrobacter nivimaris LAMA 639 genome. This specie is a psychrophilic, aerobic, gram-negative, non-motile bacterium. In this analysis, genomic DNA of Psychrobacter nivimaris strain LAMA 639 was sequenced using NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina). The genome was assembled with CLC Genomics Workbench (v. 6.5.2) and annotated with RAST and PATRIC. Secondary analysis was performed with bioinformatics approaches. Searches in NCBI, antiSMASH and NaPDoS. Finally, for three-dimensional prediction Phyre2 was employed.
