This Fission Track Data is a thermochronological data obtained across Ladakh and Karakoram region of India in NW Himalaya. This data is a part of PhD work of Shailendra Pundir and an outcome of SERB and MoES funded projects. The data belongs to the paper titled "Mantle-driven uplift and transpression influence shallow crustal exhumation across the India-Asia convergent margin" that is in review process. This apatite and zircon fission track data describes the cooling ages of rocks through the closure temperatures of ~116 degree Celsius and ~232 degree Celsius respectively. This data set has been generated at Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology, Dehradun, India.
