This data accompanies the paper Butanda et al (2023) "Silybin restores glucose uptake after tumor necrosis factor alpha and lipopolysaccharide stimulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes".

Files

Steps to reproduce

3T3-L1 adipocytes were pre-incubated with silybin for 24 h and then challenged with TNFα or lipopolysaccharide (LPS), or adipocytes were first challenged with the inflammatory stimuli and then post-treated with silybin. After, TNFα levels, glucose uptake, and membrane GLUT4 expression were determined.
