This repository contains the raw and processed datasets for flow cytometry and dynamic light scattering (DLS) analyses used to characterize verteporfin-loaded lipid nanoparticles and their immunogenic cell death responses in pancreatic cancer cells. Flow cytometry datasets include measurements of immunogenic cell death markers (e.g., calreticulin and HSP-70 exposure) following light-activated nanoparticle treatment, along with associated gating and analysis files. DLS data provide particle size distribution and hydrodynamic diameter measurements used to assess nanoparticle formulation characteristics prior to biological experiments.
