Description

Data represents quantitative observations on the infectious agents detected in wild zebra populations. Each sheet represents data of different pathogens. The pooled prevalence can be estimated using meta-analysis of proportions. To ease the coding, variables were renamed as follows: “pathogen species” = “Pathogen”, “zebra species” = “Zebra_species”, “diagnostic method” = “Diagnostic_method”, “tested animals” = “Ne”, “positive animals” = “Ee”.
