Sequence alignment of the COI mitochondrial gene of Diplectaninae gen. sp. 1.2 in fasta format. Three different haplotypes are detected amongst these sequences. Sequences were aligned using the MAFFT algorithm. Data from: Neither Diplectanum nor specific: A dramatic twist to the taxonomic framework of Diplectanum (Monogenea: Diplectanidae).
