Description

To examine whether the nanoparticles could reduce the shear strength during shearing, ring shear tests were performed on fine-silica sand (S8), Silicon dioxide (SiO2) nanoparticles (SN), and the mixtures of S8 and SN by ring shear apparatus of DPRI-6 and DPRI-7 in this research. This folder has an excel file that contains 7 results of ring shear tests, which would help in understanding the shear behavior of nanoparticles.
