Description

We present Matlab functions for evaluation of error rate. The error rate is computed analytically using integrals and it is also computed from the simulation. We evaluate error rates of coherent and differenial detectors of XOR hierarchical map of 2 BPSK sources in H-MAC channel -- i.e. the detectors decides whether the 2 concurrently transmitted superimposed BPSK symbols have been the same or opposite (prefix ``H-'' indicates that the entity is related to the many-to-one principle). For differential detection, BPSK sources are differentially modulated; for coherent detection, the uncoded transmission is used.
