Description

The Big Five Personality Test (B5T) and Mindful Self-Care Scale-short (MSCS-2018) were used to collect the data for this study which aimed to assess the effectiveness of a brief online MBI in improving self-care practices and to determine whether personality was a moderating variable in being mindful in practicing self-care.

Steps to reproduce

A quantitative pre-assessment and post-assessment design was adopted for the study. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. Data obtained from the assessment tools, i.e., the Mindful self-care scale and Big Five Personality Test, were analysed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis.
