Steps to reproduce

Three DNA fingerprinting techniques of SCoT, ISSR and CBDP were used to induce DNA fingerprints for the 43 individuals of Calamus poilanei from two natural populations. Ten primers were used for each technique. These data were set up as a binary matrix of the presence (1) and absence (0) of bands from electrophoresis images in correlation among the surveyed individuals.
