Description

The codes developed in RStudio (version 4.4.0) were specifically designed to perform the statistical analysis of the study. The stats packages were used to perform the ANOVA and agricolae for the post hoc tests. In addition, functions were included to verify the assumptions of normality (Shapiro-Wilk test) and homogeneity of variances (Levene's test), considering a significance level of P < 0.05. Comparisons between groups were performed using the Tukey HSD test
