Description

We report the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Asian badger, Meles leucurus. The complete mitochondrial genome is 16,404 bp in length and contains 13 protein coding genes, 22 transfer RNA, 2 ribosomal RNA and 1 control region. The mitogenome is A + T rich, with a composition of is 33.1% A, 25.5% C, 13.4% G and 27.9% T.
