Description
11145 one-to-one orthologous genes using in the exploration of the origin of bats' echolocation. We hypothesized that if the echolocation of bats originated in the ancestor of all bats, more convergent sites in hearing-related genes will be observed between dolphin and the ancestral lineage of all bats.

11145 one-to-one orthologous genes across 27 mammals extracted from the OrthoMaM database (v10b), including 104 hearing-related genes according to Gene Ontology Biological Process (GO:0007605 sensory perception of sound). The detailed information can be seen from our paper, which is under review in Current Biology.
