This dataset supports the assessment of pore-size-dependent biomineralization using surrogate-assisted pore-network models. It contains model inputs, simulation outputs, and derived results used to investigate how pore size and pore-network structure influence mineral precipitation, transport processes, and network-scale behavior. The data can be used to reproduce the numerical analyses, evaluate the performance of the surrogate models, and further study biomineralization and reactive transport in porous media.
