The analysis of the impact that PHB has in the C. elegans lipidome, specifically in the content of individual lipid species, under two different conditions that result in opposing longevity phenotypes, namely wild type and insulin signalling deficient animals. Our results show that PHB depletion differentially perturbs triacylglycerol and phospholipid pools in short- versus long-lived animals.
