The data “Volume&weight_Paths_Plans.CSV” contains the volumes of space and tissues measured in each path and weights calculated for the paths. The data “Plan1_model_test” contains the optimal and suboptimal decisions and confidence ratings of test 1 before and after instruction. The data “Plan5_model_test” contains the optimal and suboptimal decisions and confidence ratings of test 2 before and after instruction. The data “Plan6_model_test” contains the optimal and suboptimal decisions and confidence ratings of test 3 before and after instruction. The “Automated_Decision_making.m” is the code of Dijkstra algorithm for path planning.
