Description
Data bank about a research project that sought to investigate the effect of acute aerobic exercise alone and also added to acute doses of caffeine on different executive domains, as well as parameters related to physical exercise (pain, fatigue and perceived exertion). This is an experimental research, with healthy and physically active subjects. This database contains the pre and post exercise values of the dependent variables, such as: executive functions evaluated (inhibition, updating, and shifting), pain, fatigue and perceived exertion. In this research it was possible to demonstrate the effect of acute aerobic exercise alone on the executive function of inhibition, and the effect of caffeine on the measurement of post exercise pain.
