Description

These are the supplemental methods and data for the manuscript titled, "Validation of a 40-Gene Expression Profile Test to Predict Metastatic Risk in Localized High-Risk Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma" accepted for publication in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology in April 2020. Wysong et al. describe the development and validation of a gene expression profile able to predict regional and distant metastasis from primary formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
