qPCR data for heat shock gene expression in Drosophila melanogaster and Drosophila subobscura in response to developmental acclimation, and heat hardening during a thermal ramping assay. The data represent R0-values as calculated from MX3005 raw values by the DART-PCR v.1 excel macro and was further NORMA-Gene normalized.
