Supplementary Data for the Scientometric Analysis on Asset Management of Offshore Facilities

This dataset on the scientometrics on asset management of offshore facilities is presented. It shows supplementary Data that includes keywords, word clouds and retrieved data from SCOPUS and Web of Science databases. This dataset was used for the paper by applying Scientometric science, which is based on bibliometric analysis. VOS viewer was used for establishing research patterns, visualising maps and identifying transcendental issues on asset management of offshore facilities. The data shows developments on the oil and gas industry, and application of asset management with themes studied from the keywords. The dataset included on asset management of offshore facilities were subjected to a scientometric study which looked at different parameters like publication authors, and publication's geographical location by country to investigate the research pattern. Steps to reproduce

The data was retrieved from Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases mid-2022. VoSViewer was used to visualise the data including the author keywords word from the data was used to generate word clouds from the keywords. MS Excel was also used to produce tables and charts from the extracted data.
